Health and Human Services/Marcman Impact

As part of our commitment to implement critical health and human services programs for communities, Marcman has developed a unique partnership called “Marcman Impact.” The goal of Marcman Impact is to deliver solutions that address some of the most pressing and complex societal problems confronting communities, governments, organizations, and the world we inhabit.

Homelessness

Andrae Bailey, Managing Director of Marcman Impact, is a top national expert in homelessness widely known for working with hundreds of communities over two decades. He has led some of the most successful initiatives addressing homelessness in the United States and has helped local leaders reduce homelessness sometimes by as much as 50% or more. By taking a contrarian, data-driven, and sometimes counterintuitive approach to addressing chronic homelessness, Andrae has empowered leaders to achieve results rarely accomplished in the country.

Opioid Addiction

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over 75% of the nearly 107,000 drug overdose deaths in 2021 involved an opioid. The number of people who died from a drug overdose in 2021 was over six times the number in 1999.

The opioid crisis must be confronted aggressively, and intelligently. In partnership with one of the world’s largest data companies, Marcman Impact is co-developing a first-of-its-kind case management system for combating opioid addiction.
